Imagine is our answer to the question:
"If Globalization means 360°competition, what makes for a successful 360° strategy?"
We approach our work with an "ecosystems" view and believe that in an age of decreasing information asymmetry an organization's internal design should reflect its external product and service offering.
We use design thinking to:
1) Diagnose: explain the nature of the challenge, simplify the problem, and identify the critical action points.
2) Plan: the guiding policy and overall approach to overcoming the challenges found in the diagnosis.
3) Solve: coordinated steps and coherent actions used to support the accomplishment of the plan.
